The problem
Every tank you burn, you waste a slice of it.
No engine burns fuel perfectly. Oversized fuel droplets, free water in the tank and carbon build-up all get in the way of a complete burn. The result leaves your budget and your engine worse off:
Unburned fuel leaves the exhaust as soot, smoke and money you already paid for.
Higher CO₂, NOx, SOx and particulate emissions than the engine needs to produce.
Water contamination feeds diesel bug and corrodes tanks and fuel systems.
Carbon deposits shorten service intervals and component life.
How it works
Four things happen inside every treated tank.
Dose FORTecX Eco at 1:2,000 when you fuel up. From there, the chemistry does the work — before, during and after combustion.
Standard fuel enters the chamber as oversized droplets. The outside of each droplet burns; the core doesn't. Unburned fuel leaves as soot and smoke — energy you paid for, straight out the exhaust.
Treated fuel atomises into a fine mist — micro-water droplets flash to steam and shatter the fuel further. The burn is hotter, cleaner and more complete: more power per litre, less out the exhaust.
Emulsification
Free water is the enemy of stored fuel. FORTecX Eco disperses it into microscopic droplets locked evenly through the fuel — a stable, long-term emulsion that starves diesel bug of the water layer it grows in and stops tank corrosion at the source.
A better burn profile
In the heat of the combustion chamber, those trapped water micro-droplets flash to steam and shatter the fuel droplets around them into a far finer mist. More surface area means more of the fuel actually burns — releasing energy you were previously sending out the exhaust.
Added lubricity
Modern low-sulphur fuels are dry, and fuel pumps and injectors pay the price. FORTecX Eco increases fuel lubricity by over 31%, cushioning precision components against wear — particularly valuable for high-pressure common-rail systems.
Detergency
Tank after tank, treated fuel gently lifts existing carbon deposits off injectors, valves and combustion surfaces and keeps new ones from forming. Engines run the way they were designed to — and stay that way between longer service intervals.

Bureau Veritas — one of the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification bodies — has certified that fuel containing FORTecX Eco remains fully compliant with EN590 and EN228. Treated fuel is still standard, legally acceptable fuel, so using it cannot be claimed to breach an engine warranty.
getting started
Three steps. No engineers required.
One litre of FORTecX Eco treats 2,000 litres of fuel (about 440 gallons). Dosing happens at refuelling — nothing about your operation changes.
Step 1
Add FORTecX Eco to the tank at 1:2,000 — before, during or after fuelling, at any point prior to combustion.
Step 2
No engine modifications, no downtime, no retraining. The conditioner disperses through the fuel and starts working immediately.
Step 3
